QAD CEO COMP. UP 73.7 PERCENT Featured

Stock awards boosted compensation for all of QAD's named executives. But a big boost in that category increase fiscal 2021 pay for CEO Anton Chilton to $3.1 million, an increase of 73.7 percent from $1.78 million in fiscal 2020.

That boost came from a stock award of $2.2 million for the most recently ended year, a rise of 153 percent from $876,040 million the prior year. President and founder Pam Lopker was given a total of $2.88 million, up 18.1 percent from $2.44 million. Her stock awards rose 31.8 percent to $2.2 million last year, up from $17.5 million for 2020. CFO Daniel Lender received compensation valued at $2.07 million for fiscal 2021, a rise of 12.9 percent from $1.83 million. His stock award of $1.26 million represented an increase of 27 percent from $1.26 million. Chief accounting officer Kara L. Bellamy was given  $688,981 in compensation, a 5.2-percent increase from $688,981 while her stock award of $252,298 was up 27.2 percent $652,137.
