Terms were not disclosed. Scanco has been undergoing change having hired Andrew Nunez, who previously led sales at SWK Technologies, as its CEO in March. The company also hired Andrew Neal as director of its new customer service group, which focuses on customer relationships. Neal was most recently strategic alliance manager at Avalara from March 2020 until last month. However, he previously worked at Scanco from June 2017 through February 2020, first as a client care specialist and then as a software sales specialist
