Legerity also has offices in Hong Kong and New York, N.Y. Legerity says the software is used by finance departments in industries including insurance, banking and telcos, which have complex products, high transaction volumes and detailed accounting needs. The company was founded in October 2014 by CEO Jeremy Wood. It is the third acquisition for Insightsoftware in 2022. The other two deas were the acquisition of Zoomdata and Jinfonet in January by its Logi Analytics subsidiary.
