Thrane has held the CFO job since 2010. The change means Columbus will have two relatively new top execs after several years in which Thrane worked alongside CEO Thomas Honoré, who held his job from 2011 until his resignation in August 2020. Thrane served as interim CEO until Søren Krogh Knudsen took over the top spot in June 2021. Before joining Columbusk, Iversen served as VP of group finance for GN Store Nord, a Danish manufacturer of hearing aids and headsets, from September 2016 though 2021. Previoiusly he was VP and head of group finance for FLSmidth, which makes software for the mining and cement industries, from October 2013 through September 2016.

Dynamics reseller Columbus has named Brian Iversen CFO effective October 1. He replaces Hans Henrik Thrane, who is departing the Copenhagen, Denmark-based company on August 31.
