VISMA REVS RISE 19 PERCENT Featured

Revenue for Visma increased by 19 percent for the first quarter ended March 31. The first-quarter revenue for the Norway-based ERP vendor approximately $633 million.

Net income from continuing operations was roughly $33.7 percent, up 20 percent from last year’s corresponding period. Visma said annual repeatable revenue is not about $2.2 billion. In continued on its pace of acquiring small companies, picking up 10 in five countries during the recently ended quarter, including its entry into Portugal with the purchase of Moloni while expanding in Germany, buying software company H&H. Visma also said it strengthened its offering of ESG reporting tools in Norway with the acquisitions of Sonya and Meet Dottie.
