Deltek intends to buy Replicon, whose portfolio includes time-tracking and PSA applications. Terms were not announced.

Deltek CEO Mike Corkery said his company will “remain committed to Replicon and its partnerships and will continue to improve and expand integrations with leading HR, ERP and project management providers.” In February, Calgary, Alb.-based Replicon, introduced its Knowledge Workforce Management Solution, which included rebranding and a new product interface. Replicon said the new line is comprised by a “comprehensive suite of products that provide a unified view to manage project billing and costing, time and attendance tracking, workforce management, professional services automation and project portfolio management. The line feature “AI-powered timesheets”. Additionally, the company offers the Professional Services Management Suite, encompasses Polaris PSA and Polaris Portfolio Management, each of which starts at $29 per month, per user. Replicon’s matrix of products includes Project Time Tracking, starting at $12 per month, per user, and Time and Attendance, beginning at $6 per month, per user.
