IBIS'S VABULAS GET EAGLE AWARD
Microsoft has presented its Eagle award, which is given for an individual's outstanding contributions to the Dynamics Community, to Andy Vabulas. Vabulas is CEO of Ibis, an Atlanta-based reseller, which had 42 percent growth in its Dynamics revenue and 604 percent new ERP license growth for Microsoft's first half ended December 31.
The company has frequently been a member of the Dynamics Inner Circle, has been twice the Dynamics Partner of the U.S. and in 2007 was Worldwide Partner of the Year for Dynamics GP. And he and cohort Randy Forkner of Collins Computing throw some of the best parties at reseller events. Ibis recently former a corporation called Advanced Distribution Partners, in combination with six other top Dynamics resellers. It was formed to sell a distribution package for the Dynamics AX market.
