EXACT NAMES CFO
Exact will have both a CEO and CFO for the first time in nearly two years after a scheduled shareholder vote on the nomination of Onno Krap to hold the financial job next month. Krap was previously CFO of Crucell Holland B.V., a group company of Johnson & Johnson since July 2011, and had served as Crucell's VP of finance starting in April 2006.
Krap is expected to replace Max Timmer who started as CFO in January 2010 and became interim CEO last fall, replacing another interim CEO, Martijn Janmaat. Exact, which markets the Macola, Synergy and JobBoss lines, named Erik van der Meijden as CEO last month. The company had not had a permanent CEO since Raj Patel left the job in August 2010. Krap began his career in March 1991 in Accenture's finance consulting group. In March 2000, he took a job as European controller at Applera Corp. and became that organization's European finance director in March 2002.
