Avalara has picked up a new partner for its sales-and-use tax engine with an agreement with Adipietro Technology. That company develops TaxNow for Salesforce and also WordPress e-Commerce applications. According to Adipietro, TaxNow for Salesforce Quotes is suited to companies needing quote-level or opportunity-level sales tax or customer address verification enabled quickly. TaxNow for Salesforce Opportunities is designed for companies that do not have quote functionality enabled in their Salesforce org. The company also says that TaxNow for WP e-Commerce will be available soon as a free download on the WordPress.org plug-in directory.
