The company has also updated the workflow and user interface; improved reporting capabilities; and added Sales Order functionality to the Accounts Receivable module. The Navigator workflow was updated to better match a customer’s use of the system and now includes tips and tricks and hyperlinks to other forms. Billing now features a one-time billing engine for sales order entry, including the ability to fulfill, pick, pack, and ship orders, while pushing them into either cash journals or through the A/R system invoicing process. Increased A/R reporting was also added to help provide optimal transparency into the receivables process.
