Bobby Rudder, GodlanInfor reseller Godlan has started a program to attract talent to the manufacturing consulting space. The Clinton Twp., Mich.-based company has developed a curriculum to provide training in several areas including manufacturing principles, programming, Infor SyteLine ERP, along with complimentary modules. The program "will grow as our business grows," says Godlan CEO Bobby Rudder.

  He adds the company's professional service organization staff has grown by 20 percent this year. He also notes the company is committed to hiring veterans and also is looking at individuals without experience in the verticals it serves. As part of the program, Godlan hired as Chris Steward, a recent college graduate, as a developer apprentice on the Godlan Professional Services Team. He intends to qualify as a SyteLine ERP Technical Consultant.
