BLACKBAUD NAMES CTO, INTERNATIONAL VP Featured

Mary Beth Westmoreland, Blackbaud Blackbaud has named Mary Beth Westmoreland as chief technology officer. Westmoreland, who joined the nonprofit software vendor in May, 2008, hangs on to her role as SVP of product development of Charleston, S.C.-based Blackbaud. She is now responsible for worldwide technology strategy and planning for all products and also includes the development of strategic infrastructure and software to support Blackbaud's cloud capabilities.

Blackbaud also said this week it has promoted Jerome Moisan to the position of president of its International Business Unit, whose operations include the company's offices in the United Kingdom, Australia and Ireland. Moisan had served a managing director, Blackbaud Europe since September 2011. In the new role, he succeeds, Bradley J. Holman who is leaving the company on December 31. Holman, based in Australia, took the job in November 2010. Moisan is based in London. Before joining Blackbaud, he worked for Travelport from 2006 through September 2011 and was Managing Director UK, Ireland and France for his last year and five months there. Holman worked at Travelport from 2005 through 2010.
