SAGE GLOBAL HIRING CONTINUES Featured

Sally Swoboda, SageWhen discussing results for the year ended September 30, Stephen Kelly, CEO of the Sage Group, said almost 40 percent of the company's top 100 employees had been replaced. That shuffling continues as Sage's focus on operating as a global company—not country-by-country—is being shown by the continued appointment of staffers to global positions. Among those elevated in December was Sally Swoboda, who had been senior business analyst for X3, and who became global distribution product manager for the manufacturing package.

Swoboda has been with Sage since January 2000. David Kim took over as head of global professional services, switching and cloud in November, joining the company from Cisco. Also in November, Shawn Keith was made director, global web content management. Before that, Keith was director for web - digital and ecommerce, corporate marketing from September 2012 through October 2015 and Fiona Hayward was chosen as director of global alliances in October. My ability to use LinkedIn has to free up after so many searches—They actually want me to buy the commercial version—it will be worth paying attention on hiring in the United States as there are still lots of people before the top levels who have been around for a while.
