The new approach stemmed from the Co-Create program, designed to elicit feedback about the company, products and services. Besides the messaging system, Exact says other suggestions that have been implemented include Item picture added to quotation layout; New Getting Started service and Follow online training courses. Enhancements made to Exact Online are made in a wide variety of categories in the Exact Online Help Center.

Exact has begun using in-product messaging to inform the market about product developments for its cloud application, Exact Online. The company says in a blog post that "We thought it would be a good idea to tell you about the latest developments in the interface itself." Messages, the company says, will appear only in the appropriate menus and to relevant users.
