Socius says the Dunwoody office will be used to serve its business in Georgia, North Carolina, Florida, and Texas. Led by CEO Jeff Geisler, Socius made a big leap in revenue with the purchase of the GP business from the reseller formerly led by Andy Vabulas. It placed as No. 20 on the Bob Scott's Top 100 VAR list for 2016 with $29 million in revenue. That was up from $18.3 million in revenue for the prior year.

SOCIUS OPENS ATLANTA OFFICE Featured
Socius has followed up last fall's acquisition of the Dynamics GP practice of I.B.I.S. by opening an office in Dunwoody, Ga. The new facility in the Atlanta area will employ 25 people initially with the company saying it has plans for aggressive growth in the next year. The office is the twenty-ninth for Dublin, Ohio-based Socius which resells the four Dynamics accounting applications, NetSuite, Sage 100 and 500, and Syspro.
