SBS GROUP SIGNS TWO AFFILIATES
The SBS Group, one of three Dynamics Master VARs, continues to be the only one making any noise. This week, it announced the signing of two more resellers who have become sales affiliates that operate under the SBS brand. The other two Master VARS, Tribridge and Interdyn Socius, have said nothing publicly about their activities in the new role.
I have calls out to both companies to see if they wish to discuss plans. The new SBSers include Albuquerque-based Automation Consultants, now operating as SBS Group New Mexico. The new affiliate has been operating almost 30 years in technology and IS and serves hi-tech, manufacturing, distribution, non-profits and healthcare clients. It has been handling Dynamics GP since 1991. The company’s president Lynn Beckwith is now managing director of the SBS region. SBS also enlisted Click Information Technologies of Dallas, Texas, which has been in business for 13 years. Now the SBS Group Dallas, it serves clients in the North Texas and Austin markets. Norman Luke, principal of Click has become co-managing director of the Dallas office. Luke's office handles Dynamics SL and Sage's FAS and Abra.
