In 2014, JobOps owner, accounting firm BDO, sold Synergistic to Anania & Associates Investment Co. and Baesis, then a Sage reseller. RKL eSolutions soon bought a part of Synergistic and then went on to buy Basis in 2016 and shortly after that, Sage began reselling the product. Scanco Software, based in Sarasota, Fla., has acquired Synergistic Software, which develops Sage Manufacturing/JobOps Modules for Sage100 and Sage100c. Terms were not announced. Joe Bisaha, Scanco's director of manufacturing, will head the company's Sage Manufacturing/JobOps Division.
