VARC was founded by Robin Hall, who serves as the firm's principal consultant. There's also a tease on one page that VARC will soon start offering services for other Intuit resellers. QBES sales awards were given to Kee Technologies of Greenville, S.C.,  to Quality Consulting and Billing, which has offices in Tampa, Orlando and Chicago, and to CMA Accounting and Consulting of Plymouth, Mich.. CMA was also named Rookie of the Year for QBES while A+ QBooks Consulting & Services got rookie honors for QBES POS. It's notable that traditional resellers did not take any awards, which may reflect the murmuring that they have trouble making money on the products. Intuit products are the primary, usually only line for these businesses, while they are more a second-banana play for many traditional VARs.
