Websites for the products, JobBoss, Macola and Max show new logos with the bright red Exact logo no longer present. The final work has not been completed as while Max's site cites ECI in it the legal disclaimer, other boilerplate areas still name Exact and the change to boilerplate has not been made at all on the JobBoss and Macola sites.

EXACT MFG PACKAGES TO ECI Featured
Exact appears to have completed its sale of three American manufacturing software packages to ECi Software Solutions. The plan was announced earlier this year when Exact's owner, Apax Partners, purchased ECi and said it would make the switch.
