INTACCT PICKS UP MORE VARS

Sandra Allin Wyman, Gilchrist ScottIntacct has signed two more resellers to handle its Internet-based application. Among the latest was Axis Integrated Solutions, which is based in St. Louis. Axis carries Sage Pro and Sage 300 (formerly Accpac). Axis is headed by Kelly Hummel.  Intacct also added Portland, Maine-based Gilchrist Scott to its channel.
That organization handles Dynamics GP along with WennSoft Job Cost and Service Management.  Gilchrist is on a growth course as this month it hired Brandon Galarneau a director of business development. Sandra Allin Wyman, the president and owner of the reselling organization, joined it in April 1992. R. Tobey Scott, who founded the company, is chief technology officer, moved it from New York City to Maine in 1990. It was interesting that Hummel chose Intacct. Axis Global Partners, based in Miami, Fla., has picked up NetSuite. The two companies separated a few years ago. Manny Buigas, one of Axis Global's owners, was at SuiteWorld. His firm also handles Sage Pro and Sage 300.
