NET@WORK, PLUS LEAD SAGE CRM SALES
New York-based Net@Work and Canada's Plus Computer are leading in the sales of Sage's major CRM products, Sage CRM and SalesLogix through August. The numbers get plugged into the selection of five top VARs and an all around Partner of the Year for Sage's year ending September 30. It seemed wise to break the CRM sales leaders from the ERP leaders covered in an another news item to avoid a shopping list of names.
But it is also interesting that the two leaders in this segment are not CRM specialists. Net@Work is No. 1 for both product and new license sales of Sage CRM and Plus Computer is tops for both categories for SalesLogix. Net@Work, owned by Alex and Ed Solomon, is also No. 1 for new product growth for SageCRM. Plus came in No. 2 for new product growth for SalesLogix behind SimpleSoft, an Ohio-based company. It is the only category which a CRM specialist leads, although it might be better to say it's the only company leading in CRM that does not also selling accounting software. SimpleSoft does have a business analytics line, including QlikView, which puts it in fairly select company among American resellers, along with selling integration services.
