SAP ROLLS OUT SOCIAL OFFERINGS
SAP has debuted to two products as part of its social strategy, the SAP Jam social software platform and Social OnDemand application. Jam is designed to integrate social capabilities into applications and daily business processes, creating a unified environment.
Social OnDemand offers social media listing that identifies key message “with the right sentiment and product mention to break through the social media noise,” according to the product description. It also has Real-Time Facebook and Twitter Message Response
that can prioritize, route, and view messages from multiple Twitter and Facebook channels. The system can also organize all messages by tagging them and flagging favorites.
