The combined conference occurs July 10 through 15, 2011 at the Gaylord National in Washington. It's actually two conferences; it's just there are two tracks in the same location. Partner tracks are July 10 through 13 while user tracks are July 13 to 15, which simplifies travel for a lot of people. Sage had already said it would invite members of its accountants program to the Insights conference. As to Microsoft with my suggestions that it make Convergence conference a user and reseller conference: Go thou and do likewise.
