MIGHTYCALL OFFERS COMMISSIONS Featured

Stijn Hendrikse, MightyCallMightyCall, a sister company to Acumatica, is offering resellers 20-percent commissions on customers referred to the company. MightyCall markets contact center products designed to ensure telephone calls are answered, says marketing officer and managing director Stijn Hendrikse. Hendrikse, who moved to MightyCall from Acumatica in May, says the software routes calls to devices the user selects. It also presents a business number to those receiving voice or text message so the customer does not see an employee’s personal number.

“We let you use a phone you already have to answer calls from any customer with your whole team without having to get new phones,” Hendrikse says. The system can route a call to staff depending on the criterion users want such as time of day or origin of the call. Staff can be monitored to see who is not returning calls. VARs can refer a prospect to MightyCall and receive a 20-percent commission based on the subscription for the life of the customer. “We handle fulfillment,” says Hendrikse. “They [VARs] don’t have to do anything." The free basic package provides the contact center for up to three users, a social media tracker and a Wordpress Widget, along with other features. For $9.99 per month for up to three users MightyCall Premium users can pick a local, toll-free or vanity number or transfer an existing umber. Calls can be forwarded to any phone and voicemail is provided for all users.
