In that October announcement, CEO Michael Gianoni touted the applications in a prepared statement that covers many of the user claims about web-based software. "No other cloud solution in the nonprofit sector will offer the intelligence, accessibility, performance and user experience that Blackbaud's NXT solution line will deliver—all with dramatically reduced IT and third-party costs, hassle free upkeep, complete data security and the world's largest nonprofit support network", he said.

BLACKBAUD RAMPS UP FOR NXT Featured
Blackbaud revealed plans for its NXT line of software months ago. But the company has recently turned up the volume for the iteration of its fundraising and financial software packages fall into that category. Its home page recently began to display a dominant graphic proclaiming "The NXT Generation is Coming", accompanied by the tagline "Intuitive Cloud Accounting", along with links to some short, semi-animated videos and screen shots.
