Highjump described Nexternal's platform as enabling its customer to run call centers, generate and manage subscription orders, retrieve Amazon marketplace orders, create club orders and receive orders from other systems via its API. The system acts as the single hub for all pricing, promotions, status and customer care related to the order management lifecycle. The growth spurt began in July 2014 when Accellos merged with High Jump Software and then assumed the latter's name. The same month the newly aligned company purchased Atlas Products, a British company that markets EDI and e-invoicing products.

HIGHJUMP ACQUIRES NEXTERNAL Featured
Highjump Software has acquired Nexternal, a Carlsbad, Calif.-based ecommerce platform provider. It is the latest move by Minneapolis, Minn.-based HighJump under the ownership of Accel-KKR. HighJump, which makes supply chain management software, did not disclose terms. "The acquisition of Nexternal adds important commerce capabilities to further deliver upon HighJump's omni-channel vision and provides new options for HighJump's 14,000 global customers," HighJump CEO Michael Cornell, said in a prepared statement.
