CHANNEL VP LEAVING SAGE Featured

Paige Erickson, SagePaige Erickson, who become VP of partner strategy and programs in October, is leaving Sage. Her move was announced internally by Nancy Harris, EVP of sales and partner programs. Harris will handle Erickson's duties until a successor is found. Her departure will be on September 2.

It will complete a change of a channel leadership team that turned out to be very short-term. Erickson came to Sage after Rich Spring joined the company in April as chief revenue officer. Spring left in January to assume the position of VP of worldwide sales operations for Seal Software. In June, Crystal Mascareno, joined Spring at Seal as VP Sales Operations and Enablement She had served as VP for Sage X3 North America for nine months. Sage's announcement said simply that Erickson had decided to leave the company. Harris herself moved into the channel job during the summer after running Sage's Canadian operations. Funny: I was going to introduce myself to Spring and Erickson in December at the Information Technology Alliance meeting. I saw them standing with someone and I waited; I turned and they left and lost my one opportunity.
