ACL also noted that in 12 months it had converted 99 percent of its customer based to a SaaS-based subscription model. ACL said at Sage Quigley also led the transition to a subscription model. Quigley worked at Experian from 1997 through 2010 and was VP of financial planning and decision analytics for Experian's software division. Quigley reports to ACL CEO, who assumed her position in 2011 after holding execs positions at Sage from October 2004 through July 2011.

ACL PICKS UP SAGE VP AS CFO Featured
ACL Services has hired Brendan Quigley as CFO. Quigley was most recently CFO SVP of financial planning and analysis for Sage North America. Quigley spent six years with Sage on this continent in executive finance roles and held his last job there from 2016. ACL, which makes audit and financial risk software, said Quigley will "direct the company's corporate finance and risk management functions, and support the Senior Leadership Team by developing and executing on strategic business goals."
