HALEY SELLS BCS PROSOFT TO VESPE Featured

Clark Haley, BCS ProSoft CEO Clark Haley has sold ownership of San Antonio, Texas-based BCS ProSoft to co-owner William Vespe. Vespe has served as president since 2009. Haley, who has headed the reseller since 1986, will remain as an advisor and focus on strategic relationships with key accounts in the rental industry.

The firm was No. 64 on the list of Bob Scott's Top 100 VARs with revenue of $7.55 million and 36 employees. BCS sells Deltek, NetSuite and Sage 100/500. Vespe joined as a junior programmer in 1998. BCS has regional offices in Houston, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Denver, Colo.; Honolulu, Hawaii; and Monterrey, Mexico.
