SysproSyspro has jumped on the chatbot bandwagon with the introduction of Ken. The manufacturing software publisher says Ken can handle more than 150 skill sets for routine tasks such as checking stock availability, pricing configured products, checking account balances and order statuses.

Ken handles self-service requests and is designed to provide "a consistent, collaborative user experience via any social media application." Besides handling routine tasks Ken can bridge to more complex ones, such as creating sales orders from chat conversations or resolving order issues.
