PBS MANUFACTURING GETS NEW INTERFACE

Passport logoPassport Business Solutions is something like the Energizer Bunny in that it just keeps going. The company, founded in 1982, has released its PBS Manufacturing with a new user interface. The company said it improved the application's overall appearance and simplified its use by provided h new “Smart Links” to programs throughout the application.
In a prepared statement, the company said that was accomplished by building logical links to certain programs related to major tasks, even when those linked programs exist in other PBS modules. This enables users to handle task sequences more quickly. Meanwhile, Passport, whose software is based on the RealWorld Classic code, has moved to a larger and better-designed headquarters in Northfield, Ill. The company's office had been in Glenview, Ill.
