Headed by well-known principals David Cieslak and Bob Gaby, Simi Valley, Calif.-based Arxis was historically a Sage reseller. It picked up Intacct a few years ago. Based in Lancaster, Pa., RKL had remained a Sage-only dealer, and with Sage's purchase of Intacct this year remains true to the company, which it  picked up the cloud product in September. RKL carries Sage 100, 500 and X3. It had ramped up its Sage 500 practice as other resellers stepped away from the software, given Sage announcements that indicated the software did not have a long-term future. Arxis does not sell X3.
