DXC BUYS EBECS AND SABLE37 Featured

eBECSDXC continues to expand its presence in the Dynamics market. This week, it announced the purchase of Sable37 and eBECS, which bring hundreds more employees into an already large operation.

A Dynamics reseller, Sable37, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, has offices in California, Australia and New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates. Based in England, eBECS has operations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and the United States and Canada). CSC made an investment of an undisclosed size in eBecs late in 2016. The two acquired companies are being combined into DXC Eclipse, which originally stemmed from the purchase of Australia-based UXC by what was then known as CSC in 2016. CSC merged with the enterprise division of Hewlett-Packard to become DXC in 2017. DXC purchased reseller Tribridge in July 2017. This means there is a large base of Dynamics operations within DXC. Late in 2017, Tony DiBenedetto, then CEO of Tribridge, said that operation would have $180 million in revenue for the year. In 2016, UXC Eclipse had about $137 million in revenue and that was only part of the UXC business which had roughly $498 million in revenue for fiscal 2016. Sable37 has 225 employees. The number of eBecs employees was not listed by the DXC announcement, but the company has 397 employees on LinkedIn as of this week.
