The first is enhancing the ability to enable information to be more visible to users  (I suppose you could dye it), along with aggregating information and analyzing it. This all gets addressed partially through 15 new roles and a dashboard inside of Sharepoint. GP 2010 also offers out-of-the-box integration to Dynamics CRM. One of the most interesting is in the area of step workflow, but for workflow that isn't necessarily ERP focused. For example, Schoenfish said a company could require checking Better Business Bureau records when a vendor is added to the system. There is also integration with Word for building invoices, that includes the ability to draw up hundreds of invoice templates.
