DXC CEO GOT $32 MILLION Featured

J. Michael Lawrie, DXC TechnologyJ. Michael Lawrie, CEO of DXC Technology,  received $32.2 million in compensation for the year ended 2018, most of that from $25.6 million in stock awards. DXC is a large technology company that has built its Dynamics business over the last two years through several acquisitions.

DXC has purchased the former UXC, Tribridge, eBecs and Sable37. It was formed in April 2017 via the merger of the former CSC with the enterprise division of Hewlett-Packardthe. Lawrie was given $18.7 million for fiscal 2017. CFP Paul Salah was given $6.9 million, up from $6.5 million for 2017. General counsel William Deckelman was paid $4.6 million for 2018, compared to $3.3 million the prior year. Stephen Hilton, EVP of the global delivery organization, received $4.1 million, down from slightly more than $5 million. The company said this week Hilton left the company on July 20. The other named executive, Michael Nefkens, the EVP who managed regions and industries, was paid $7.4 million. His employment was terminated on March 31.
