Jennifer Warawa, SageSage has launched an advisory program for clients of members of the Sage Accountants Network. SAN Client Advisory Services are expected to be available on September 8.

Sage said for SAN members the program “outlines steps to create, package, price, market, and offer these enhanced services to their clients”.  In a prepared statement, Jennifer Warawa, EVP of partners, accountants, and alliances, said, “we are helping the accountant community transform their business model in order to stay ahead of change and embrace new technological innovation.” The toolkit covers eight pillars of the profession, with information provided on each, including step-by-step downloadable guides with case studies, checklists, and templates. For an additional cost, SAN members can participate in a live workshop. The pillars are verticals and market segmentation, key performance indicators, packaging and pricing, talent recruitment and development, the client engagement process, business development and marketing, engagement letters and service agreements, and business planning.
