Nola Hofman, president of Harvest Ventures, noted her company has worked with Macola for 20 years. Thirteen former Macola resellers are suing ECI, which not only has deauthorized them from sales but barred them from working with their former clients. ECI described the customer success team as including employees and independent contractors. Harvest also carries software products from Exact, which transferred JobBoss, Macola and Max to ECi. Both companies are owned by Apax Partners. ECi carries Exact Globe and Synergy, along with Exact for Professional Services.

ECi Software Solutions, which dumped its North American Macola channel, has picked Canadian channel member Harvest Ventures as part of its support team. Based in Calgary, Alberta, Harvest is now part of the Macola ERP Customer Success Team.
