Seal became CEO while Sim was named chief client success officer. Blythe will be board chairman in a new advisory board which brings in some industry veterans. These are David Butler, former president of Sage Software Mid-Market division and CEO of Paciolan and Tim Leyden, former CFO of Sage Software and Western Digital. Seal, who had 10 years in executive and managerial roles with Sage, joined Blytheco as COO. From March 2011 through June 2012, she was VP of eCommerce Solutions for the former Junction Solutions, which was purchased by RSM-US in 2015.Sim was VP of CRM for Blytheco from January 2008 to June 2012 and was then VP of Professional Services until taking the new positon.
