Olsen has been with Columbus since May 2014 and was previously SVP of Columbus' worldwide services before he was named to head operations on this continent in May 2015. He held the position at a time when it was integrating some important acquisitions—Interdyn BMI, Tridea Partners and Sherwood Systems. In that period, the acquisitions boosted Columbus US revs but in the two years, things in this country have not been doing well. I have a feeling we have not heard the last of departures from Columbus here. The press release did not say Olsen's resignation is effectively immediately but the best wishes from Columbus CEO Thomas Honoré leads me to believe it is.
