Rauch held his global position with Sage from October 2017 through January 2019. He came to Sage via its purchase of the former Fairsail, now known as Sage People, in March 2017. Rauch started at Fairsail in December 2013 and served as its chief customer officer. Prior to that, he spent seven years five months with Salesforce.com and was Regional Lead, Customers for Life EMEA from August 2011 through November 2013.
