Intacct, a San Jose, Calif.-based vendor, has named Larry Blair as VP of professional services. Intacct, which markets Internet-based accounting applications, hired Blair to professional services delivery, operations and consulting partner support. He is charged with expanding its implementation partner program. These partners work along with internal consultants on customer implementations. He was previously president of Riveli Consulting, a boutique-consulting firm that helped clients optimize services and sales business operations.  Before that, he led global sales  Mercury Interactive, an IT software company that is now owned by Hewlett-Packard.
