FFORCE GETS COO, SALES LEADER Featured

FinancialForce has selected Andrea Lagan as CFO, effective this month. And with the hiring of Mike Jerich as chief revenue officer last month, the financial software company has done a decent amount of reshuffling over the last year.

These are two of eight members of senior management as shown on its website. Lagan joined the company in March 2018 and was previously SVP and chief customer officer. CEO Tod Nielsen joined in January 2017 and chief marketing Fred Studer in March 2017, Jonathan Schoonmaker as SVP of human resources, the same month and CFO Gordy Brooks in August 2017, so the management team is pretty new. Lagan came to FForce after four years and eight months at Alfresco, where she was chief customer officer from November 2014 through September 2017 and chief customer and people officer the last seven months there. Jerich came from IPC Systems where he was global head of sales and marketing from October 2015 through February this year. Søren Riisgaard became VP of business operations this month after holding the position of, VP, corporate strategy and operations from July 2015 through last month. Among departures since the company’s Community Live conference in May 2018 is Chris Lee, now EVP and head of worldwide sales at Reputation,.com, who left after serving as head of North American sales from September 2016 through September 2018. Johnny Ola, VP of global alliances and business development, was with FForce from January 2015 through February 2019.
