VISION 33 PICKS UP B1 VARS
Vision33, an SAP Business One reseller based in Irvine, Calif., acquired at least two other Business One reselling businesses late last year. It purchased the three-person TBC International operation, based in Salado, Texas, from Richard Paul Thomas, who sold a sister company to Open Systems about the same time.
In early December, Vision33 also acquired NetSirk Technologies, which was based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. The company is on its way to being a national reseller. According to marketing manager Sarah Coish, "We are the largest biggest SAP Business One reseller based on customer base." The NetSirk purchase moved Vision33 into the Southeastern United States. Quincy Faison, formerly president of Netsirk, has joined Vision33 as general manager for the new Southeast region and is based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Vision33 kicked off 2009 with the purchase of another B1 VAR (and former Dynamics dealer) Omega Business Solutions, which had been headquartered in Portland, Ore.
