VISION33 BUYS ANOTHER BIZ ONE VAR
Vision33, an SAP Business One reseller based in Irvine, Calif., has acquired Apollo Consulting, a San Francisco-based Business One reseller. Apollo's more than 10 employees have joined Vision33, which took over its San Francisco office. Apollo's employees in southern California have moved into Vision33's Irvine, Calif., office.
t was the third purchase by Vision33 in the last four months. The VAR acquired the Business One reselling operations of Salado, Texas-based TBC International in the fall and NetSirk Technologies, based in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., about the same time. Apollo was named SAP Business One Reselling Partner of the Year award for 2007. It was once an award-winning Epicor reseller, but sold that business to Avayle, founded by a former Apollo partner, in 2004.
