AXIS TAKES ON CPA FIRM MONIKER
Axis Accounting Systems, a reseller with a broad line, has changed its name to Kraft Enterprise Systems, taking on the brand of KraftCPAs, which invested in the VAR organization in 2005. The company is located in Brentwood, Tenn., (suburban Nashville). Let’s think about the last time most of us saw a CPA firm deepen its involvement in reselling midmarket software.
The Kraft ERP line features Epicor, including Epicor 9 and Epicor for Service Enterprises, and Dynamics GP and NAV. Also on the shelf is Dynamics CRM and Adaptive Planning and from the third parties, Mekorma, Rockton Software, Binary Stream, Green Shades and Avalara. There’s Microsoft SharePoint thrown in and the firm also does custom work. Give them credit, the word “solutions” wasn’t made part of the name.
