ACCELLOS BUYS VIRTUAL DISPATCH
Accellos, which makes supply chain execution software, has acquired the assets of Virtual Dispatch, a Stoufville, Ontario-based company that markets on-premise and Internet-based transportation management applications. Accellos said it would integrate some of the acquired assets into its Stratus cloud computing portfolio.
