TRIBRIDGE PARTNERS IN GOV BIZ

Tampa-based Tribridge has partnered with ISC to provide a 311 government call center application for ISC's HeyGov product and Dynamics CRM. The call center offers web-based citizen service portal, mobile apps and telephony integration. Tribridge's contributions include customizable citizen request screens, the addition of pre-packaged call scripts, telephony connectors, a robust knowledge base, connectors to social networking sites, and dashboard analytics.
ISC continues to support and enhance HeyGov, a cloud product that includes a map-centric customer service portal, hosted in Microsoft’s Windows Azure. Visitors can submit service requests to a city by dragging and dropping a pushpin on a map. HeyGov also supports e Windows Phone, iPhone, Android and BlackBerry that can be branded for a government. ISC also provides the GIS, mapping and routing integration for the 311 call center via its MapDotNet UX GIS product.
