ACCUFUND INTROS EMPLOYEE PORTAL

Nonprofit vendor AccuFund has introduced an Employee Portal as a new web-based component in its AccuFund Accounting Suite. The portal’s customizable interface enables organizations to provide employee access to organizational news and personal information. It can be utilized through an internal network or over the web via an SSL connection. Employees see only information designed for them and their department. PDFs of documents such as health enrollment forms can be attached for printing or download.

Modules that can be added include an Employee Self-Service module, available with this release, via which employees can view and print pay stubs and view and change addresses, phone numbers, contacts in the organization, and withholding and benefits information. Employers can control which information be viewed and changed and which require approval. Limits can also be set on when employees can make changes. The Employee portal is installed on the user’s site and requires no additional web server software. The price starts at $1,295.
