MICROSOFT NAMES WINNERS

Xacpt logoIn the newly aligned Microsoft awards, XAPT, was the ERP partner of the year and hardly a newcomer to awards.  XAPT was the Dynamics AX Excellence Partner of the Year Award in 2006 and 2008. While it’s listed as a U.S. company in the press release, the XAPT web site shows it as a Hungarian company, owned by New Frontier Holding, with branches in the U.S. and other countries.

The CRM Partner of the Year is Hitachi Consulting, whose U.K. arm was Dynamics Public Sector Partner of the Year. Accenture/Avanade was Alliance Partner of the Year — Application Platform, and also won the award in the Desktop and Dynamics Distribution segments and was a finalist in the CRM and Online Services Solution categories. Among the less international-focused VARs, New York-based InterDyn AKA was a finalist for ERP Partner of the Year. Tribridge, last year’s partner of the Year, was a finalist for the Dynamics Public Sector award One of the smaller organizations on the list, Rose Business Solutions/RoseASP of San Diego, was a finalist in Dynamics Cloud Business Excellence. The Professional Services Partner, legal specialist, Client Profiles, has won that award three straight years. The Atlanta-based company employs about 100 people. Think about the differences with the customer awards handed out at Convergence last spring. Nine Tribridge customers won and many of the better-known U.S. players also had a showing.
