INFOR GETS NEW CFO, COO

Kevin Samuelson The remake of Infor's executive suite continued this week as the $2.5 billion software company named a new CFO and COO. Moving into the finance spot was Kevin Samuelson who replaced Raj Rajaji who is retiring. Rajaji is remaining with the company for six months to help with the transition.

Meanwhile, the company appointed Pam Murphy as COO. Samuelson has been the lead of Infor's acquisition and integration team and was credited with building the company's software portfolio, having completed more than 40 acquisitions since joining the company in 2002. Murphy joined the company in December as VP of operations. The previous 11 years she was at Oracle where she was responsible for a range of operational and financial functions. Oracle has become the mother of executives for Infor since Charles Phillips, formerly Oracle president, became CEO of Infor a year ago and he preceded to bring over three execs before 2010 ended.
